Magazine for layer pads
The Meggbot TP100 contains an integrated magazine for holding a maximum of 20 layer pads (dividers). This magazine is filled automatically by positioning a pallet with layer pads. During palletizing, the machine automatically places the layer pads on the pallet.

Thanks to its high-quality components, the Meggbot TP100 is the most suitable machine for high-quality and reliable egg processing.
The compact gripper places 4 stacks of bumps on the pallet at the same time and automatically places a stack of up to 5 or 6 bumps on a pallet.
It can process up to 36,000 eggs per hour (100 crates per hour) and is suitable for both plastic bumps and pulp bumps (optional). The hump palletizer is designed for gentle processing of hump stacks.

The machine is equipped with a simple touch screen operation. The integrated light barriers ensure your safety when entering the work area.

This allows you to separate multiple stalls and varieties, with each variety having its own pallet space.
With the TP150, you can fill pallets with up to 5 or up to 6 layers, separated by intermediate layers.

  • Multiple pallet spaces
  • Spaces for pallet stacks and layer pads
  • Palletizing of 2 pallets (from different barns)
  • Scans a half-full pallet and continues palletizing
  • Optionally buffer full pallets
  • Voltage 230V / no compressed air required
  • User-friendly touchscreen operation
  • Capacity up to 54,000 eggs/hour
  • All this between 4 supports on about 2 x 5.5 meters
  • Working area protected by light barriers

Maximum use
The Meggline TP150 offers space for the storage of layer pads and empty pallets thanks to its many loading positions. There is space for 60 layer pads and 12 pallets in pallet spaces 3 and 4. These are automatically stacked by the machine during the palletizing process.

Destacker DS10

The DS10 destacker from Meggson is particularly useful in companies that process large quantities of eggs.
With a processing speed of up to 36,000 eggs/hour , the DS10 is designed for a Forta ET100 or GT100.

The destacker takes over the destacking of stacks of 6 bumpers that come from a depalletizer, for example. It then places the individual egg bumps on a feeder, where the eggs are seamlessly transferred to a sorting machine.
The Destacker DS10 ensures a smooth and efficient egg processing workflow.

  • Time saving: Manual destacking of the egg trays is time-consuming and inefficient, especially with high processing volumes. The DS10 automates this process and thus ensures a faster workflow.
  • Gentle handling: The 6-humpers are separated precisely and gently without damaging the eggs.
  • Ergonomics: The manual lifting and separating of the egg stacks is no longer necessary, reducing the physical strain on employees.
