Micro25 and Micro32

The MICRO egg breaking machines are the smallest Moba egg breaking machines and are particularly suitable for small businesses, as well as for food producers, pasta manufacturers and confectioners.

Production capacity of the Micro25 is 9,000 eggs (25 cartons) per hour.
The production capacity of the Micro32 is 12,000 eggs (32 cartons) per hour.

Their compact dimensions allow these egg breakers to be installed even in the smallest of spaces.

The Micro25 and Mico32 egg breakers are ready to use and designed for immediate production as no special installation is required. Micro egg breakers can be equipped with a manual loading system or a water feeder. If necessary, the Micro egg breaker can also be equipped with a direct egg washer.

Like all other Moba appliances, the Micro egg breaker complies with the strictest food hygiene standards. All its components, which are identical to those of the high-performance crushers, are easy to clean and ensure reliable operation for many years to come.

NANO Breakers 3M75

The Nano3M75 is Moba’s most compact egg breaking machine.
This breaking machine was developed for small egg processing plants.

The Nano3M75 is a 3-row crusher that can process 2,000 to 27,000 eggs (75 cartons) per hour and uses all the same technologies as higher capacity crushers. This ensures very high reliability and performance compared to other machines with the same capacity. All this is combined with extremely easy operation and the lowest operating costs.

The Nano3M75 has been developed as the perfect partner for companies that have just started processing eggs. These crushers are designed to increase their output according to the customer’s requirements.

NANO whole egg crusher 5M125

The Nano5M125 with a maximum capacity of 45,000 eggs (125 cartons) per hour has been designed for medium-sized egg processing plants.

Like all other Moba egg breaking machines, the Nano5M125 ensures that the liquids are completely retained in the shell thanks to the specific inclination and shape of the cracking unit (cracker), thus ensuring maximum yield.

Whole egg crushers have been designed as the perfect partner for those companies that have just started processing eggs. These crushers are designed to increase their output according to the customer’s requirements. The Nano5M125 can be equipped with separator inserts for separating egg yolks and egg whites. The integration of a Crono1 egg feeder into the machine helps to further reduce the workload.

SIMPLEX 5S125

The Simplex5S125 egg breaking and separating machine was developed for medium-scale egg processing plants and has a maximum capacity of 45,000 eggs (125 cartons) per hour.

The Simplex5S125 is the only medium capacity egg breaker on the market that is equipped with features that are otherwise only available on high capacity egg breakers, such as the egg yolk detector (scanner) and the possibility of cleaning in place (CIP).

Like all other Moba egg breaking machines, the Simplex5S125 ensures maximum yield thanks to the specific inclination and shape of the cracking unit (cracker), which completely preserves the liquid contained in the shell.

You can expect everything from the Simplex5S125 that the Simplex3S75 has to offer, plus an additional spare parts kit and the Albuchecker 2.0.

The Albuchecker 2.0 egg yolk scanner guarantees perfect separation and also extremely clean egg whites and yolks with a high dry egg content and an extremely low whole egg content. The Simplex5S125 egg breaking machine can be supplemented with a Crono1 egg depositor to save even more work.

The Synchro150 is an egg breaking and separating machine with a maximum capacity of up to 54,000 eggs (150 cartons) per hour.

  • Pasteurization plants for liquid egg: loading, crushing, handling, cooling, stabilization, pasteurization, packaging and automation are the main points that need to be defined for this type of project.
  • Pasteurization lines for egg powder: Liquid egg must be fed into these lines to ensure a constant powder output. Egg white treatment, egg concentration, egg dryer and powder filling are therefore very important.

Ovolution 500

The Ovolution 500 egg pasteurization system is a complete solution for liquid egg products. The machine is easy to install and operate. This fully automatic system includes a filter system (manual or automatic), a 500 l/h plate pasteurizer and a product filling station.

In the Ovolution 500, the filtered liquid raw egg is heated to pasteurization temperature to eliminate bacteria and then immediately cooled to below four degrees Celsius. The system guarantees maximum performance and a lower risk of production or operator errors.

Blends can also be produced.
