Moba whole egg breakers are built to guarantee a long-term worry-free operation with ease of maintenance. In addition, most of the equipment is fully CIP washable. Moba whole egg breakers can also be separate mounted with separating chutes.

Micro 25

Micro breakers are the smallest Moba egg breaking machines. They are designed for small-scale egg breaking operations as well as food-related pasta and pastry plants.

The capacity production of the Micro25 is 9,000 eggs/hour (25 cases)
The capacity production of the Micro32 is 12,000 eggs/hour (32 cases)

Due to the compact dimensions, these breakers can be installed almost everywhere, even in the smallest places.

The Micro25 and Micro 32 breakers are ready to be plugged in and run for immediate production as they do not need any special installation. Micro egg breakers can be equipped with either a manual loading system or a water-loader. When required, the Micro25 egg breakers can also be supplied with an egg washing machine.

The Micro25 breakers, like any other Moba equipment, comply with the strictest food hygiene standards. All their components, identical to the ones in the high-capacity breakers, can be cleaned with ease and ensure a reliable operation for many years.

NANO 3M75
whole egg breakers

The Nano3M75 is the most compact of Moba’s egg breakers.
This breaker is built for small-sized egg processing plants.
The Nano3M75 is a 3-row breaker that can process from 2,000 to 27,000 eggs/hour (75 cases/hour) and it uses all the technologies that higher capacities breakers use. This guarantees very high reliability and performance compared to other machines of the same capacity. All this is combined with great ease-of-use and the lowest operating costs.
Developed to grow with your needs
The Nano3M75 has been developed to be the perfect partner for companies that have just started processing eggs. These breakers are designed to increase their performance according to the customer’s needs. The Nano3M75 can be equipped with separating trays for egg white/yolk separation and the machine capacity can be increased up to 45,000 eggs (125 cases)/hour with an upgrade kit of components that can be easily installed directly by the customer.

NANO 5M125

The Nano5M125, with a maximum capacity of 45,000 eggs/hour (125 cases/hour), has been designed for medium-scale egg breaking plants.

Like all other egg breakers produced by Moba, the Nano5M125 egg breaker guarantees maximum yield due to the specific inclination and shape of the cracking head which results in the total recovery of the liquid contained inside the shell.

Nano whole egg breakers are developed to be the perfect partner for companies that have just started processing eggs. These breakers are designed to increase their performance according to the customer’s needs. The Nano5M125 can be equipped with separating chutes for egg white/yolk separation. In addition, they can be integrated with a Crono1 egg loader for additional manpower reduction.

SIMPLEX whole egg breakers

The Simplex egg breaking machines are available in different versions:
