The Mobanette3 is capable of grading 4 or 7 grades with a maximum capacity of 1.600 eggs/hour. The egg sorting machine is virtually maintenance-free, consumes very little power and can be easily operated by one person.
Simply insert the plug from the egg sorting machine into the socket and the Mobanette3 is ready for use.
Thanks to the light tube, you have a good view of all the eggs to be screened while you are feeding and packing.

At a weight of just 20.6 kg the Mobanette3 can be regarded as one of the more versatile power tolls for egg farmer.

Moba68 and Moba88 are Moba´s low-volume graders form a vital link in the world´s egg industry with a maximal Capacity from 3.000 or 4.500 eggs/hour and represent an important link in the egg industry.
These egg grading machines are tailor-made for smaller farms and offer the option of direct connection to the barn.
Like all Moba machines, the Moba68 and Moba88 models are made of stainless steel, which guarantees years of operation with minimal maintenance.

Although the extremely solid and robust design, these low-volume graders are compact and low weight. Making it a versatile solution which can be positioned in the most convenient spot.

The Forta GT promises reliable top technology and the highest hygienic standards. It can be configured to meet your specific requirements.
This egg grading and packing machine sets new standards in the egg industry, an egg grading machine with a capacity of 100 crates/hour or 60 crates/hour, equipped with all high-end functions and an easy-to-use operating system.

The Forta ET has been developed with cost efficiency in mind and focuses in particular on basic sorting functions with a hygienic stainless steel construction and a small footprint in combination with semi-automatic or manual egg screening.
The Forta GT and Forta ET are available in two versions:
Forta GT & ET60: max. 21.600 eggs/hour
Forta GT & ET100: max. 36.000 eggs/hour

To save valuable space, the Forta ET can be equipped with short automatic packaging lanes, making the machine easy to integrate into your packing station thanks to its unique small footprint. The extremely short and robust infeed in combination with the short automatic packaging lanes makes the Forta ET the perfect choice for your business.

The Forta GT and Forta ET have a capacity of 18,000 to 36,000 eggs/hour and operate according to Moba’s “Individual Egg Handling”, which means that from the moment the eggs arrive on the feed rollers in the infeed area to consumer packaging, any contact between the eggs is avoided to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
All current market requirements in terms of hygiene, such as a washable infeed and packing lanes with removable parts for cleaning after production, are met. The Forta can be configured according to your specific needs and can be equipped with a dirt detector, a crack detector and a blood detector, for example. All this makes the Forta GT and Forta ET your future-proof machine platform for your company.

Optional for Forta GT:
Dirt detector: visual system to inspect the shells of the eggs for irregularities. It can detect dirt and leakage points. The Dirt Detector works on both brown and white eggs.
Blood detection: The egg can be examined for blood stains using a spectral analysis of the egg contents. Eggs with blood stains can be slid either to a special packing lane or to the output zone of the machine.
Shell inspector: This magneto-acoustic system detects even the smallest hairline cracks. The intelligent software of the Forta makes it possible to subsequently sort out opened eggs.

As the machines combine Moba’s unsurpassed individual egg handling with stainless steel constructions and removable packer parts for easy cleaning. They were given the name “XF” standing for “eXtended Food safety”.

The Single tray loader is a robust and reliable loader that is available for 6-row wide grading systems.

The new SL125 loader uses the well-known ‘common speed loading’ principle that contributes to Moba’s gentle egg handling concept. The loader gently places the content of a single tray onto the infeed with minimal impact on the eggs, with a capacity of up to 125 cases/hour.

This latest edition to Moba’s loader family is equipped with all features you may expect of a modern loader, with the highest standards of food safety in mind. The SL loader follows the high cleanability standard set by the industry, as it is designed using open constructions which can all be foamed and rinsed using low-pressure cleaning systems. Many packing stations around the globe use loaders to gently load eggs onto the grading equipment for further processing. For this purpose, Moba has developed an all-new ML loader that meets the highest hygienic standards and uses the common speed loading principle to contribute to the Moba gentle egg handling concept.

The ML feeder is equipped with all the features you would expect from a modern high capacity feeder and meets the highest food safety standards.
The feeder has a robust construction consisting of a frame made entirely of stainless steel and industrial plastics on the components that come into contact with the eggs. This keeps dirt accumulation to a minimum. The equipment itself can be fully washed down. Due to its open design, the loader is quick and easy to clean: You only need to raise the covers to access every part of your equipment. So the ML loader does not just meet high hygiene standards — it also makes your operation as efficient as possible by reducing cleaning time.

The ML loader can be configured to your specific needs, which creates the ultimate fit into your packing station. The ML loader is available on all Moba grading machines using 6-row infeed systems (Forta, Omnia XF2, FT and PX).

During production egg trays can become quite dirty. In such circumstances, properly cleaning them often requires a second wash, which is time-consuming and wastes water. To improve this process, Moba has upgraded the way trays are being washed with the introduction of the new and revolutionary MTW tray washer series.

The MTW creates a more efficient tray washing, which results in the reduction of cleaning times and established outstanding cleaning results All this due to the integrated pre-soaking unit. Compared to dry trays, the washing of pre-soaked trays is more effective and hardly ever requires rewashing. That is because the pre-soaking process softens the dirt on the trays, such as egg white, egg yolk and chicken feces. So not only does the pre-soaking of trays improves the denesting performance, but by implementing pre-soaking in the washing process, even the toughest dirt comes off with considerably less effort. The new Moba MTW-series is a big leap forward in tray washing.

And the integrated pre-soaking unit is not the only benefit:

• Lowered infeed to provide better accessibility and a clearer overview of the machine
• A new and extended nozzle arrangement that is crucial for targeted cleaning of the hump sides.
