Egg grading machines from MOBA

The Mobanette3 is capable of grading 4 or 7 grades with a maximum capacity of 1.600 eggs/hour. This egg grading machine needs hardly any maintenance, uses very little power and is easily operated by one person.
Just plug it into a wall socket and the egg grading machine is ready to go work for you.
The tubular lamp gives you a good view of all eggs being candled while you handle infeed and packing.

At a weight of just 20.6 kg the Mobanette3 can be regarded as one of the more versatile power tolls for egg farmer.

Moba68 and Moba88 are Moba´s low-volume graders form a vital link in the world´s egg industry with a maximal Capacity from 3.000 or 4.500 eggs/hour and represent an important link in the egg industry.
These egg graders are tailor made for these small scale operations.
Like all Moba machines, the Moba68 and Moba88 are constructed in stainless steel, guaranteeing that maintenance of your equipment will be minimized.

Although the extremely solid and robust design, these low-volume graders are compact and low weight. Making it a versatile solution which can be positioned in the most convenient spot An additional infeed belt is standard equipment on these egg graders.

Die Forta GT verspricht verlässliche Top-Technologie und höchste hygienische Standards. Sie lässt sich dabei ganz nach Ihren spezifischen Bedürfnissen konfigurieren.

Die Forta ET wurde mit Blick auf Kosteneffizienz entwickelt und konzentriert sich insbesondere auf grundlegende Sortierfunktionen mit einer hygienischen Edelstahlkonstruktion und einer kleinen Stellfläche in Kombination mit halbautomatischem oder manuellem Durchleuchten von Eiern.
Die Forta ET ist in zwei Ausführungen erhältlich:

Forta ET100: max. Kapazität von 36.000 Eier/Stunde

Um wertvolle Zwischenräume einzusparen, kann die Forta ET mit kurzen automatischen Verpackungsbahnen ausgestattet werden, wodurch die Maschine dank ihrer einzigartigen geringen Stellfläche leicht in Ihre Packstelle integriert werden kann. Die extrem kurze und robuste Anfuhr in Kombination mit den kurzen automatischen Verpackungsbahnen macht die Forta ET zur perfekten Wahl für Ihren Betrieb.

Die Forta GT und Forta ET haben eine Kapazität von 18.000 bis 36.000 Eier/Stunde und arbeitet nach Moba’s „Individueller Eierbehandlung“, was bedeutet dass vom Zeitpunkt, an dem die Eier auf den Anfuhrrollen im Zuführbereich ankommen, bis hin zur Verbraucherverpackung jeglicher Kontakt zwischen den Eiern vermieden wird, um das Risiko einer Kreuzkontamination zu verringern.
Alle heutigen Marktanforderungen in Bezug auf Hygiene, wie zum Beispiel eine waschbare Zuführung und Packbahnen mit abnehmbaren Teilen für die Reinigung nach der Produktion werden erfüllt. Die Forta  kann nach Ihren spezifischen Bedürfnissen konfiguriert werden und beispielsweise mit einem Schmutzdetektor, einem Rissdetektor und einem Blutdetektor ausgestattet werden. Optional zu Forta GT:
Schmutzdetektor: Sichtsystem, um die Schalen der Eier auf Unregelmäßigkeiten zu untersuchen. Er kann Schmutz- und Leckstellen erkennen. Der Schmutzdetektor funktionier sowohl auf braunen als auch auf weißen Eiern.
Bluterkennung: Mithilfe einer Spektranalyse des Eierinhaltes kann da Ei auf Blutflecken untersucht werden. Eier mit Blutflecken können entweder zu einer speziellen Verpackungsbahn oder zur Ausgabezone der Maschine gleitet werden.
Schaleninspektor: Dieses magneto-akustische System entdeckt selbst die kleinsten Haarrisse. Die intelligente Software der Forta ermöglicht es, angebrochene Eier nachträglich auszusortieren.
